Aerial Fire Fighting Europe Conference & Exhibition

The 16th edition of the Aerial Fire Fighting Europe Conference & Exhibition (19-20 March) was jointly attended by Patria Helicopters and IMS at the Base De La Sécurité Civile in Nîmes, France.

This prestigious event is the largest in Europe bringing together over 500 aerial firefighting professionals under one roof for two full days.

After attending the Hai Heli-Expo in the US, Richard and Jordan traveled to Nîmes, France to meet up with Kenneth Petterson from Patria Helicopters, the IMS European distributor based in Sweden.

The Hai Heli-Expo has become a team effort for IMS and Patria.


The conference and exhibition saw a great turnout of operators from across Europe and further afield with plenty of interest shown in the Cloudburst Fire Bucket, which was on display at Patria Helicopter’s booth.

The European market is a very healthy one with a lot of activity over recent years. It was great to spend time with quality operators with projects on the horizon, which are structured to include the Cloudburst Fire Bucket and the features and advantages it brings to an operation.
