Industry Report: ROTORTECH 2018

ROTORTECH 2018 was held at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia 24-26 May. The IMS team attended with great success meeting up with many new and existing clients.

ROTORTECH 2018 saw a huge turnout of delegates and exhibitors from throughout the Australasian / South Pacific region, showing that the local rotor aviation industry is humming. The weather came to the party which bode well for outdoor activities and demonstrations.

Commercial Helicopter Industry Innovation Thriving

Jordan and Richard had the pleasure of meeting with a large number of operators and were also witness to a raft of presentations covering all the latest innovations in the commercial helicopter industry.

The IMS stand saw an influx of interest, particularly in the recently launched Spitfire.


Introducing The Ground-Effect Spitfire Fire Lighter

The IMS stand also displayed one of our world-famous Cloudburst Fire Buckets along with the all-new Ground-Effect Spitfire Fire Lighter unit, which drew in the crowds wanting more details and system specifics.

We’re looking forward to getting the all-new Ground-Effect Spitfire Fire Lighter into action around the world.
